USE PROCESS
Screen printing operation procedures
1. Take out 1300C with the curing agent 1300C mix proportion according to 10:1 fusion, if you want to have a color will need to join at this time is the amount of silica gel 5% of ordinary color paste, if is fluorescent color needs to be added to the 8% of the amount of silica gel. Then stir well. If you want the silica gel to dry more slowly than normal, you need more curing agent. If you want the silica gel to dry faster, the ratio between the gel and curing agent should be controlled at 10:0.8
2. Out of 80 to 100 to screen, a mixture of the silicone and curing agent with scraper scraping back and forth on the screen, you can see silicone has appeared on the fabric, and then use baking dryer running back and forth once. The temperature control is around 120.
3. Use the squeegee to scrape the glue back and forth for a second time, dry it, print it again for a third time, and dry it until it accumulates to the required height. Generally, repeat it for four times.OR THREE time .It depend on you
